These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 12spin platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wagers. By using 12spin, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

2.1 By accessing the 12spin Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.
2.2 If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 12spin Platform and close your Account by contacting customer support.
2.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 12spin with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings, whether oral or written.
2.4 12spin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Registration and use of the 12spin Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 12spin operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Where there is any reasonable doubt as to a Player's age, 12spin reserves the right to suspend the Account and request documentary proof of age. Any accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited.
You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the 12spin Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 12spin does not accept registrations from individuals in Restricted Jurisdictions. By registering, you confirm that you are not located in or a national of any Restricted Jurisdiction. 12spin is not responsible for any consequences arising from a Player's use of the Platform in violation of local laws.
Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials is deemed to be authorised by you. You must notify 12spin immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. 12spin will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
4.1 Your Account is for personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your Account or any rights therein to any third party.
4.2 12spin reserves the right to verify your identity at any time by requesting documentary evidence including but not limited to a government-issued identification document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
4.3 Accounts that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of RM 10, deducted from the available balance, after prior written notice to the registered email address.
4.4 12spin reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is reason to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, fraudulent activity is suspected, or continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
All transactions on the 12spin Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. 12spin does not charge deposit processing fees, however your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment methods previously used to fund your Account, subject to identity verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawal requests submitted before 23:00 MYT are typically processed within 30 minutes for e-wallet methods (Touch n Go eWallet, Boost) and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers. 12spin reserves the right to extend processing times where additional verification is required.
12spin is committed to preventing money laundering and financial crime. All transactions are monitored in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. 12spin reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of enhanced due diligence procedures where transactions give rise to suspicion of money laundering or fraud.
6.1 All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion. General bonus terms set out in this section apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion terms provide otherwise.
6.2 Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagers placed using Bonus Funds count only towards slots and do not count towards table games, live casino, or sportsbook markets.
6.3 12spin reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time, amend the terms of any ongoing promotion with reasonable notice, and cancel any bonus credited in error. Bonuses obtained by way of fraud, abuse of multiple accounts, or exploitation of system errors will be cancelled and the associated winnings forfeited.
6.4 A Player may only claim a welcome bonus once. The welcome bonus is available to first-time depositing accounts only. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus across multiple accounts will be treated as a duplicate account violation.
7.1 All bets placed on the 12spin Platform are subject to these Terms and any game-specific or market-specific rules published on the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.
7.2 Once confirmed, bets cannot be amended or cancelled except where the Platform provides a specific cash-out or bet amendment feature, subject to the conditions of that feature.
7.3 Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and are subject to change at 12spin's discretion.
7.4 In the event of a technical failure that affects the validity of a game or market outcome, 12spin reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Accounts. This determination is made at 12spin's sole discretion and is final.
7.5 Winnings from casino games and sports markets are credited to your Account Wallet immediately upon settlement. Sportsbook markets are settled in accordance with the rules published for the applicable sport and market type.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 12spin Platform. Breach of any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from 12spin.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 12spin shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or errors in game outcomes.
11.2 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 12spin makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any content thereon.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms limits 12spin's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
12spin's collection, use, storage, and processing of personal data is governed by the 12spin Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available at https://12spin.win/privacy-policy.
13.1 12spin reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Notice of material amendments will be provided by email to the registered address associated with your Account and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform.
13.2 Amendments take effect on the date specified in the notice, or if no date is specified, upon publication. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date of the change.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under 12spin's international gaming authority licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral tribunal as designated under the applicable licensing jurisdiction. Where local law provisions conflict with these Terms, the minimum requirements of applicable local law will be observed.
